FTP RJ45 Cable Netowrk Rj45 Plug are shielded connectors could be used for Shielded Cat5E Patch Cable and shielded Cat6 Ethernet Patch Cable or double shielded Cat 7 Ethernet Cable. The FTP RJ45 Plug also named 8P8C connector. 

It feature a pass through design, which allows wires to pass through the connector so you can verify if they are in the correct order before crimping.
